1, wind pipe warping Angle and elbow Angle is not allowed

Cause: inaccurate blanking and lofting; The air ducts are parallel to each other, and the length and width of the sheet metal on the opposite side are not equal.

Solution: when the blanking is carried out, the sheet metal shall be strictly angular square, and the length, width and diagonal of each sheet metal shall be tested to control their deviation within the allowable range; After blanking, the two pieces of sheet metal opposite the air duct shall be overlapped to check the dimensional accuracy.

Influence: will make the air duct connection force is not even, the installation of the air duct is not straight, flange gasket is not tight, the system leakage, resulting in air conditioning load loss, and shorten the service life.

2. Processed materials are not up to standard

Performance: the surface of the plate is not flat, the thickness is not uniform, there are obvious indentation, crack, sand hole, scar and corrosion and other conditions; The air duct plane sinks, the side outward bulges, has the obvious distortion.

Reason: the material is not qualified, can not meet the needs of the production of air duct.

Solution: in the use of wind pipe processing equipment before the production of wind pipe, to check the material factory qualification certificate and material quality certificate as well as the appearance of thickness and so on, to ensure that the material is available.
